Airport Resort

Fast/easy transport to airport.

Location is far off the main road. Power outage resulted in no backup power and darkness.

Disappointing

Very poor WiFiVery poor A/CMany things that were advertised did not exist eg spa

Close to the airport

Amenities in the room are broken or in bad condition Cleaning : ok. Except we found a cockroach Not good values for the price

Villas look beautiful, beautiful garden.

Stayed in villa no 3. Unfortunately had no internet in the room or the balcony. Pool had some sharp metal plates.

It had really good potential for a really nice stay. The beds were comfortable and had nice rooms. And the property was well kept. The workers didn’t speak English very well. But the manager was very helpful.

The rooms smelled like mold coming out of the air conditioner and had no windows we could open for ventilation. The first room had a bad smell from the toilet. The second room smelled like mold. The pool was very dirty so I did t let my kids swim in it.

Location is not too far from Airport

The booking included airport pick up. I had been trying to confirm this so I could book another place if they cannot provide an airport pick up. The hotel waited until last minute and send a message that they will not pick and will refund $7. It was very disappointing. The property was not clean. The breakfast was very poor. There were flies on the food. They just gave just bread and omelette. Nothing else. very poor

Easy from airport and clean.Good breakfast

Photos must be 10 years out of date. Nothing like. Breakfast room dirty shack. Arranged a 3am check in but place was locked up. Took 20 minutes to get let in.

Good value for one night

Breakfast was very basic. Toast with two fried eggs and jam with small coffee. Website offered free pick up from airport but was told in advance that they could not.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Room was good, lovely gardens and pool.

Western breakfast can be improved. Transport options lacking. Not enough water pressure, very slow shower and toilet took a very long time to fill.

Nice and clean very good staffExcellent location and service provided

Leaving the hotel.

Everything, it was filthy rundown property. The breakfast was terrible full of flies.Worse hotel I have everest stayed having been to over 30 countries - avoid.

Loved waking up in quiet location with decent pool and nice green outlook. Friendly manager and staff, felt semi-rural yet so close to airport with free airport shuttle.

Very close to the airport and they provided a ride to the hotel included . The breakfast was typical Sri Lankan with fantastic eggs. Fruit fresh from the tree and happy to give us extra helpings. Friendly staff and welcome juice and filtered water in the rooms.

Accommodation was a little tired but everything worked except we couldn't get any hot water for shower.

location to airport free pick up from airport

noisy, people sitting on my balcony, blinds had to be closed, no hot water or tea making, nothing around hotel

calm, close to the airport, great food, kids friendly.

Great spot for overnight stay before heading to destination for holiday. Staff were very friendly and served a very generous breakfast

Bad

It was probably the worst experience with accommodation I had. My feeling is, that this is more for locals like foreigners. It was not clean, smelled a bit strange, pool dirty.

It was a short stay since we had an early flight. Nice locationFree shuttle to airport.

No window that can be opened.Electricity shutdown, it was complete darkness and room got warm quickly. Good thing the personal turned on a backup generator that could provide electricity. None of the TV channel was working. Toilet and shower are open to the room ( not closed room).

Perhaps not again. No bathtub as advertised.

Upon arrival it was as though they weren't expecting me and had me wait while they prepared my room. There was no bathtub which was why I chose it. It was not 5 minutes to the airport it was 20 minutes.
